Ordered a wooden bed ,the look and feel is just like in the pictures, there was some miscommunication regarding the back board colour but other than that the product quality and finish is great, Mr suraj helped me alot as my order was delayed due to diwali and rains

I got a customized table made for my vinyl player and I was absolutely blown over by the quality and support provided all through the way. A big shout out to Suraj who was extremely prompt, reachable and always with value added suggestions. A masterclass in what customer derive should be.

We opted for the natural wood color and are very impressed with this sturdy, beautifully crafted coffee table. The design has a timeless charm and the cane detailing adds a lovely touch of texture. It feels solid and well-made — definitely a piece that will last.

Delivery was smooth and right on time. The table was extremely well packaged, with no risk of damage during transit.

If we were to suggest one small improvement, it would be to polish the inside of the sliding drawers for a smoother finish — though honestly, it’s not something you notice unless you're looking for it. Overall, we’re really happy with both the product and the experience. Highly recommend!

I must say i was taken aback by the quality and finish of the product. Everything about the product is excellent. 5stars for design,workmanship and finish. Wood artist must get a bonus.
However i do have a complaint and it is about their communication. It took more than 6wks to deliver the product. That also is fine. But it not communicated properly. I thought i got scammed. Please improve your communication and provide timely updates.

After surfing whole of internet for a coffee table, I finally landed with a perfect design and I was quite worries about the quality because of ordering it online, but when it got delivered, I was just super surprised because the quality was at its best. I ordered from Woodworm a month ago. I was skeptical ordering online for such a big purchase but I took my chances anyway. The team was extremely responsive over WhatsApp guiding me with all my queries and helping with customisation. I requested for the products to be delivered before a certain date and they delivered well before time.
When I got the parcel, I feared the quality would not be as great but dam I was so wrong! I have not seen such good quality furniture in a long time!
