Shipping policy
A few key points first:
- Free shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden delivery charges.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 5-6 weeks of confirmation; lead times vary with workload and season, and the estimate for your order is shown at checkout.
- Our primary logistics partners include Gati, Bluedart, DP World, and Delhivery.

Delivery
On dispatch, you will receive a notification with shipment details and, where the carrier supports it, tracking information. While we work to deliver within the estimated timeline, delivery depends on third-party logistics and may be delayed by weather, transport or political disruptions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases we will proactively reach out - please watch your email for updates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from delivery delays caused by logistics partners.
Non-serviceable PIN codes
We deliver across India except for a few non-serviceable PIN codes. Where we agree to deliver to such areas, transport and installation costs are borne by the customer in advance, and the product is not covered under warranty.
International shipping
