Refund policy
Because our furniture is handcrafted and made to order for each customer, we do not offer general "change of mind" returns. Returns and refunds are accepted only in the cases below.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours the product enters manufacturing and cannot be cancelled. Applicable payment-gateway charges are deducted from any refund. If we are unable to fulfil specific design requirements, we will inform you and initiate a cancellation ourselves.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact care@woodworm.in with photographs within 24 hours of delivery.
- Our standard remedy is repair or replacement at no cost. For transit-damage collection, we arrange free pickup - you only need to repack the item in its original packaging and share images of the packed shipment with our aftersales team so we can schedule the pickup.
Refunds (where eligible)
If, in an eligible case, you prefer a refund instead of repair/replacement:
- You may either send the product back to us yourself, or we can arrange a pickup for a fee.
- Forward shipping charges, Payments Gateway charges already incurred, and any damage caused in return transit, will be deducted from the refund.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. (Your bank may take additional time to post it.)
Non-returnable items
Custom and made-to-order products cannot be returned.
